Mr AlRawe entered the banking and finance industry working for a bulge bracket investment bank and later for private currency &amp; metals trading house and brokerage in the city of London, gaining significant exposure to gold spot and futures trading.  Mr AlRawe then spent two years introducing UHNW middle eastern clients to a top 3 Swiss bank trading new issue medium term note securities between major institutions. Mr AlRawe at this point approached seasoned diamond and gold miner Clive J Ellis and for the past two years has focused specifically on Milton Eliis Rawe and the creation of the GoldBelt investment an in-house creation allowing sophisticated and institutional investors the opportunity to purchase gold in situ prior to the commencement of mining at a discount against the London Metal Exchange gold price.</p>

KGLD has rights to explore and develop one prospecting licence and 13 further licence applications across the Kolar Gold Belt, an 80kilometre long Archaean Greenstone Belt, in Southern India. The project area includes 32 known mineralised prospects and covers 568sq km in the southern states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. KGLD is also jointly pursuing, with the mine employee unions, the acquisition and revival of the neighbouring historic Kolar Gold Fields which produced 25M ounces of gold at an average at 15.9g/t for over 120 years until closure in 2001.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nick Spencer joined the board of Kolar Gold in 2004 and he has 25 years experience in international business including mine build and revival, open pit mining, equipment purchase and mine finance.</p>
<p>He was responsible for the management of a US$125 million new mine in Egypt and spent more than seven years with BHP managing operations and business development in Australia. Mr Spencer also spent many years in Asia establishing joint ventures for TNT Limited. </p>
<p>He is an engineer with an MBA from Cranfield UK who has held senior executive positions with BHP, TNT, Meggitts Aerospace, Babcock Contractors, and co-founded private equity fund manager Crescent Capital Partners.</p>
